We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinic Manager to join our team. As our clinic manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the clinic. Your duties will include working with medical personnel to improve patient care and communicating with patients to ensure their needs are being met. You will also be responsible for helping us to manage our costs and balance our budget.
To be successful in this role, applicants should have strong leadership and managerial skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the medical field and a working knowledge of the best ways to run clinics. Ultimately, your work in this position will play a key role in helping us to provide our patients with the best care possible.

Job responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of organizational goals.
    • Identifying the target market audience and planning to promote the clinic services
    • Building relationships with doctors, diagnostics, pharmacy outlets, etc .
    • Candidates will be responsible for Sales Business development activities.
    • Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target in your territory.
    • Holding medical camps in the community
    • Relationship building with other health institutions, pharmacy outlets for patient referrals
    • Contributing ideas to offline and online marketing activities
    • Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies to the management
    • Managing social media campaigns, monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Overseeing clinic operations.
    • Managing the clinic’s budget, billing system, and inventory.
    • Maintaining stock and supplies for the clinic.
    • Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Overseeing staff management
    • Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
    • Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
    • Training existing employees in any new policies, procedures, or standards to be implemented across the entire clinic.
    • Communicating with clinic employees, including all medical professionals, fellow managers, directors, and executives.
  • Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
    • Analyzing data trends, including any correlation between treatment types and patient outcomes, to develop a better understanding of overall facility efficiency.
    • Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff
    • Solving patient problems in a way that complements the mission of your clinic.

Qualifications for Clinic Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, health services administration, or similar.
  • 1+ year experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
  • Proven success in leadership roles is required
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
  • Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
